Anna (Xue) Li
Senior Litigation Counsel
Anna Li is a patent litigation attorney with a practice spanning federal district courts, the U.S. International Trade Commission, and the Patent Trial and Appeal Board. A trained electrical engineer with a Master of Science from the University of California, Los Angeles, and a Bachelor of Science from Zhejiang University, she brings deep technical fluency to disputes involving integrated circuits, semiconductor devices, and other complex technologies, working closely with experts to turn engineering detail into persuasive courtroom narrative.
Ms. Li has represented clients at leading litigation and intellectual property firms in New York, Shanghai, and Los Angeles, including Kramer Levin Naftalis & Frankel, Kobre & Kim, Susman Godfrey, and, most recently, Womble Bond Dickinson. Her experience covers the full litigation lifecycle, from discovery and claim construction through expert reports and dispositive motions, including motions for summary judgment, Daubert motions, and IPR petitions.
Ms. Li earned her Juris Doctor from Emory University School of Law and is admitted to practice in New York, New Jersey, and California. Fluent in Mandarin and proficient in Japanese, she is a natural bridge for international clients navigating U.S. patent litigation. Outside the office, she enjoys show jumping, car racing, and painting.
