Alan has more than 7 years of experience in cross-border intellectual property litigation and complex commercial litigation. He is particularly experienced in issues that uniquely affect cross-border litigation involving China-based companies in cross-border litigation.
Prior to joining PVIP, Alan worked in Quinn Emanuel Urquhart & Sullivan LLP and Fangda Partners.
